Development and Recognition

TransUnion values and promotes the growth of associates in their jobs, roles and careers. Our managers are accountable for the professional development of associates, who are encouraged to take advantage of a wide range of opportunities to learn new skills and enhance their expertise.

Our associates can attend classes (for example, in Putonghua) and seminars. Seminars throughout the year address topics such as customer service training and continuing professional development. Associates also participate in seminars held by the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce.

We also value integrity, teamwork, commitment and achievement, and recognize associates in a number of ways, from performance bonuses to numerous recreational activities throughout the year.
