You will need to complete an application form, pay a fee based on your choice of plan (see below for options) and show your Hong Kong ID Card or current Travel Document. The Consumer Relations staff will then open a Credit Monitoring account for you.
Pricing Information for Ordering Credit Reports in Person
For your convenience, you may purchase credit monitoring in one- or two-year plans. The two-year plan saves you money. You can save more-and enhance your security and peace of mind-by ordering credit monitoring along with a credit report package plan
