Online Using e-Cert

Simply follow these steps to order your TransUnion Credit Report online:

If you have ordered online from us before: Order your TransUnion Credit Report now.

If this is your first online order: Visit our Online Credit Report Ordering Service and:

• Import e-Cert into your browser
• Visit Online Credit Report Ordering Service
• Provide your personal information
• Assign an account ID and password
• Choose the language version of your report: Chinese or English
• Make payment by Visa or MasterCard
• Retrieve your credit report either online or by e-mail
  

Your issuing bank may require that you go through a "Verified by Visa/MasterCard" registration process. Otherwise, you may not be able to order your credit report online.*

Credit reports retrieved via the Web are in a PDF format while credit reports received via e-mail are in an encrypted PDF format. You will need your e-Cert to decrypt the file and Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® to view this document. You can download this free software from Adobe.

The price of ordering online is HK$119.00 (a savings over the normal price of HK$180.00).
