Simply follow these steps to order your TransUnion Credit Report by mail:
Download and complete:
- The Consumer Credit Report Access Form to order a single report or Credit Report Package Application Form to order a package plan. You may also request an additional copy of your report for another party if you choose the single order plan.
You will need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® to print the forms. You can download this free software from Adobe.
It is easy to request your TransUnion Credit Report by mail
Fill out the following information:

Name

Hong Kong ID Card number or current Travel Document number

Mailing address
-
Telephone number
-
Your choice of credit report plan (see below for options)
Gather the required identity information:
- Legible photocopy of your Hong Kong ID Card or current Travel Document
Include a cheque made payable to "TransUnion Limited" for the fee, which depends on your choice of plan. The cheque should be drawn on a bank in Hong Kong.
Mail the completed form, identity information and payment to:

Kowloon, Hong Kong
After we receive all necessary documents, you (and another party for whom you ordered a copy) will receive your TransUnion Credit Report in approximately two weeks by registered mail.
