Scheduled Plans - Tell us when you would like to receive your first credit report. You will automatically receive subsequent credit reports on the same day of each month in which your plan qualifies you for a report. Depending on the plan you select, you will receive a report every month, every 2 months, every 3 months or every 6 months. (For example, if you select the quarterly scheduled plan and you order your first report on January 1, you will receive subsequent reports on the first day of April, July and October.) Please note that you may not change this date once you have selected it for the year.
Ad Hoc Plans - Enjoy the flexibility of retrieving your credit report when you need it. Simply log in to our Web site to order your credit report, up to the maximum in your plan, within one year of ordering the plan.
