With a background of over 20 years in consumer banking and payments, I’m very familiar with TransUnion — and recognize the value of its offerings, including data insights, thought leadership, expertise and solutions.
Now as a part of the team — despite the current, global economic downturn — I’m optimistic and excited about the future. In the Hong Kong market — where we serve over 5.5 million consumers securely — we’re seeing new trends and behaviours materialize and are well-equipped to help our customers adapt and evolve. Even with shelter-in-place orders, we continue to operate our consumer counter daily. I look forward to building upon strong, loyal partnerships, as we weather this storm together and emerge resilient and eager for what’s to come.
