Purchase Credit Report at the TransUnion Customer Services Center
Please schedule an appointment online and visit the TransUnion Customer Services Center in person︰
- Bring your valid identity documents (e.g.Hong Kong identity card or a foreign passport)
- Bring an original copy of your residential address proof issued within the last 3 months (e.g. rates & government rent notice, water bill, electricity bill, gas bill, or credit card statement)
- The fee is HKD $280, we accept payment by VISA / MasterCard or cash

You can login to your online account to access your credit information and other services, such as updating your online registered information.

Personal Data Correction
You can complete the "Personal Data Correction" form and return to our Consumer Services & Operations by email with supporting document (if any). We will follow up with relevant bank or financial institution and send you a reply within 40 days.

All appointments will be cancelled, and customers will need to reschedule their appointment.（The TransUnion Customer Services Center resumes services 2 hours after the above warning signals are no longer hoisted on or before 12:00 PM）
