Open the TransUnion mobile app and click "Register Now".

You can register an account with your Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID) or with "iAM Smart".

If you are authenticating with your HKID, please fill in your most used email address or the mobile phone number you used to register with a bank or financial institution recently, the click “Next”.

If you are authenticating with "iAM Smart", please note that you will be registering the account with information from "iAM Smart".

Fill in your account information, including username* and password, to create your account.
*Please note that the username cannot be changed once the account is successfully created. Read the terms carefully and click "Agree and Continue".

To access your credit information, you must complete the identity verification process.

Please put the HKID card within the frame. Please make sure you have given the TransUnion mobile app permission to access your camera for scanning.

After successfully scanning of your HKID card true copy, check your details carefully and click "Confirm" to continue. To scan again at any information error, just click "Scan Again".

Upon successful completion of facial recognition authentication, we will send you a one-time password (OTP) to your registered mobile number.

Enter the OTP and press “Submit” to continue.

Authentication completed.
