If you have a rejection letter code issued by a bank or financial institution, or other affiliate free code, please follow the steps below to redeem and receive your credit report.
Please note that some redemption codes are only applicable in designated channel. Please redeem your affiliate code on TransUnion’s website or mobile app according to the given instruction.
For Desktop Users
1. For users who do not have a TransUnion Online Account, please create a TransUnion Online Account.
Click here to sign up.
2. For users with a TransUnion Online Account, please login and input your redemption code.
Click here to login to your TransUnion Online Account. Input your code in "Apply Redemption Code", then click "Apply".
* For users who are currently subscribed to credit report related service, after login, please click on Profile and enter your redemption code on the Redemption Code section, then click Apply to order.
3. Review your order summary, and click "Submit" to confirm.
4. Check your credit report
You can now login to your online account to check your credit report.
Should you have any questions, or there's no code issued on your rejection letter, please send an email to tu_foc@transunion.com with your full name and the name of the bank or financial institution that issued the rejection letter. Our staff will reply to your email with an affiliate code within 3 working days.
For Mobile App Users
1. For users who do not have a TransUnion Online Account, please create a TransUnion Online Account.

Login to your TransUnion HK mobile app. Input your code in "Redemption Code", then select "Apply".
3. Review your order summary, and click "Submit" to confirm.
