If you have a rejection letter code issued by a bank or financial institution, or other affiliate free code, please follow the steps below to redeem and receive your credit report.
1. Please select the type of redemption code and go to specific page
If you do not have an online account, click "Register Now" button
If you already have an online account, click "Login Now" button. (You could directly go to point 4, refer to input code details)
2. Fill in your information to verify your identity
3. Download "Verified by TU app" and proceed to the identity verification process
Please follow the instruction shown to download the mobile app. Please watch the below tutorial that could assist your authentication process.
4. Input your code
New Registered Users
Please input the redemption code in the box provided then click “Apply”
Existing Users
Please Login your online account,Click "Your Profile"> "Your Orders",
Enter the code in the code redemption box, then click "Apply to order"
5. Review and submit your order
New Registered Users
Review your order summary to make sure the redemption code is applied. Make sure your account information is correct.
Please read and agree the terms and consent, click "Submit" to complete your order.
Existing Users
Review your order summary and make sure your account information is correct.
Click "Submit" to complete your order.
6. Check your credit report
You can now login to your online account to check your credit report.
Should you have any questions, or there's no code issued on your rejection letter, Please send an email to tufoc@transunion.hk with your full name and the name of the bank or financial institution that issued the rejection letter. Our staff will reply your email with an affiliate code within 3 working days. .
