Transunion [Family & Friends Offer] Terms and Conditions

1. The Family & Friends Offer (the Offer) is only available to customers  who are not currently using or having paid subscription to TransUnion’s Credit Report or Credit Monitoring services, including “Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” (Monthly Subscription) from web portal and “Credit Monitoring Packages (All service period plans)” and “All-in-One Package” from TransUnion Mobile App (“Eligible Customers”).
2. Eligible Customers are entitled to a 50% off discount of the first month of subscription to “Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” with the Promotion Code “PROTUSTAFF26” (Price after discount: HKD 140)
3. The offer period is from 21 Aug 2026 to 31 Aug 2026, until 23:59 (HKT), both days inclusive.
4. Eligible Customers must enter the Promotion Code by themselves to enjoy the Offer. Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Offer once during the Offer Period.
5. The Offer is only applicable for the purchase of “Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” (Monthly Subscription) via TransUnion web portal (https://www.transunion.hk/buy-credit-report or https://www.transunion.hk/login). The Offer cannot be applied to any purchase of one-off Credit Report at TransUnion’s office counter or any subscription made via TransUnion Mobile App.
6. The Offer has limited quotas and will be available on a first-come first served basis, while stock lasts. Each account can only enjoy the promotion once.
7. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other TransUnion promotion offer. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-resalable and non-returnable.
8. The Offer rewarded may be terminated without prior notice in case of breach by the Eligible Customer of any of the terms and conditions herein.
9. In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for the Offer.
10. TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
11. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions is for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

1. 親友半價優惠(優惠)只適用於現時沒有訂購或使用任何付費之信貸報告或信貸監察服務，包括網頁版的「信貸報告、評分及提示服務」(月費計劃)、及手機應用程式的「信貸監察服務 (所有月費方案) 」及「全方位監察服務」(「暗網監察計劃」除外)之用戶(合資格客戶)。
2. 合資格客戶憑優惠碼「PROTUSTAFF26」訂購網頁版「信貸報告、評分及提示服務」(月費計劃)，首月月費可享五折優惠 (折後價HK$140)。
3. 優惠期由  2026年8月21日 至  2026年 8月31日晚上11時59分 (香港時間)，首尾兩天包括在內。
4. 合資格客戶需自行輸入優惠碼方可享有優惠。每位合資格客戶於優惠期間只可享用優惠一次。
5. 優惠只適用於環聯網頁版的指定方案；合資格客戶可於優惠期内透過環聯網頁版 (https://www.transunion.hk/zh/buy-credit-report 或 https://www.transunion.hk/zh/login) 訂購環聯「信貸報告、評分及提示服務」(月費計劃)。 優惠不適用於環聯辦事處直接購買單次報告，或於環聯手機應用程式訂購任何服務方案。
6. 優惠名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。優惠於每個戶口只可使用一次。
7. 優惠不可與其他環聯優惠同時使用。此優惠不可兌換現金，不設退款、不可轉讓，不可銷售及不可退還。
8. 如合資格客戶違反任何條款及細則，所得之優惠可能會被取消而不作另行通知。
9. 此優惠不適用於環聯之員工及其家屬，以示公允。
10. 環聯保留隨時修改或更改此優惠條款及細則之權利，恕不另行通知。 如有任何爭議，環聯保留最終決定權。
