App Packages with Free Supermarket Voucher - Limited Time!

1. The “Mobile App Plan Supermarket e-Voucher Limited Time Offer” (the “Offer”) is only applicable to customers who are not currently subscribed to or using any paid TransUnion service(s) (Eligible Customer).
2. Promotion Period: From 12 August 2026 at 00:01 a.m. to 30 September 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong time), both the start and end dates are inclusive.
3. Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Offer once during the Promotion Period.
4. The Offer is only applicable to designated packages purchased through the TransUnion Mobile App. Eligible Customers who successfully subscribe to the following designated plans via the TransUnion Mobile App during the Promotion Period will be entitled to receive a supermarket e-voucher of the corresponding value:
   • Subscribe to All-in-One Monitoring 12 Months at HK$1,488 (Get HK$200 Supermarket e-voucher for FREE)
   • Subscribe to Credit Monitoring 12 Months at HK$988 with 8 Credit Alerts (Get HK$100 Supermarket e-voucher for FREE)
5. The Offer is not applicable to single report purchases made directly from TransUnion office, any other plans ordered through the TransUnion website, or any free redemption services.
6. The supermarket e-voucher will be sent by email on or before 31 October 2026 to the registered email address of the Eligible Customers’ TransUnion Online Account upon successful subscription. Eligible Customers must ensure that they stay an “opt-in” status to receive TransUnion electronic communications. If an Eligible Customer fails to receive the email containing the e-voucher due to unsubscribing from TransUnion electronic communications, no replacement will be issued.
7. Eligible Customers are responsible for ensuring that their registered email address is valid, accurate and capable of receiving emails, and that their email account has sufficient capacity and is functioning properly. The supermarket e-voucher shall be deemed successfully delivered once it has been sent to the registered email address. TransUnion shall not be responsible for any failure to receive the reward due to an incorrect or invalid email address, insufficient mailbox capacity, email filtering, diversion to spam/junk folders, or any other circumstances beyond TransUnion's control, and no replacement or reissuance of the reward will be provided.
8. The e-voucher is provided by a third party (PARKnSHOP). TransUnion will not bear any legal responsibility for the participation process of usage, promotion content or service quality. If the e-voucher cannot be redeemed in accordance with the relevant instructions, or if the customer is unable to use the related service due to a breach of any applicable terms and conditions, TransUnion shall not be liable.
9. TransUnion reserves the right to change the supermarket e-voucher provider at any time without prior notice.
10. The Offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability while stocks last.
11. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other TransUnion offers. The Offer is not redeemable for cash, cannot be cancelled, transferred or refunded and is non-refundable. No reissue will be made after the expiry date.
12. If an Eligible Customer breaches any of these Terms and Conditions, the Offer may be cancelled without further notice.
13. This Offer is not applicable to TransUnion employees and their family members for fairness.
14. TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, TransUnion reserves the right of final decision.
15. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is for reference only. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
