- Register as member or Login to exiting account
- After loggin in, click the “Special Saver Package” notice at the top. Choose Subscription, then click “Credit Monitoring” section.
- Subscribe to “3 months plan at HK$388” with successful payment made to enjoy the Offer.
- After completion, Players can collect the corresponding Coins reward in "Mission" > "Completed". Players can redeem rewards (e-vouchers) in "My Rewards" > "Rewards Store" and using corresponding number of "Coins" for reward redemption.

*Terms & Conditions
- The Offer is only available to customers who are not currently subscribed to any TransUnion services, including “Credit Monitoring Service”, “Credit Report, Score & Alerts Service”, “Dark Web Monitoring”, or “All-in-One Monitoring”; or current paid subscribers whose service days will be expired within 30 days.
- The offer period is from 8 October 2025 to 23 November 2025, until 23:59 (HKT), both days inclusive.
- Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Offer once during the Offer Period.
- The Offer is only applicable for the purchase of “Credit Monitoring” 3 months for HK$388 + extra 500 TUniverse Coins plan via TransUnion Mobile App. The Offer cannot be applied to any purchase of one-off Credit Report at TransUnion’s office counter or “Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” (Monthly Subscription) via TransUnion web portal.
- The extra 500 TUniverse Coins (“the Coins”) can be collected after successful subscription from “TUniverse” > “Mission”. Customers must redeem the Coins before the specified expiry date; otherwise, the Coins will be forfeited without prior notice and will not be reissued.
- The Offer has limited quotas and will be available on a first-come first served basis, while stock lasts. Each account can only enjoy the promotion once.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other TransUnion promotion offers. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-salable and non-returnable.
- The Offer rewarded may be terminated without prior notice in case of breach by the Eligible Customer of any of the terms and conditions herein.
- In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for the Offer.
- TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
- The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
