*Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer is only available to eligible customers (“Eligible Customers”) who are not currently using or having paid subscription to TransUnion’s Credit Report or Credit Monitoring services, including “Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” (Monthly Subscription) from web portal and “Credit Monitoring Packages (All service period plans)” and “All-in-One Package” from TransUnion Mobile App.
2. The Offer Period is from 9 June 2025 to 30 June 2025, until 23:59 (HKT), both days inclusive.
3. Eligible Customers must enter the Promotion Code  by themselves to enjoy the Offer. Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Offer once during the Offer Period.
4. The Offer is only applicable for the purchase of “Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” (Monthly Subscription) via TransUnion web portal (https://www.transunion.hk/buy-credit-report or https://www.transunion.hk/login). The Offer cannot be applied to any purchase of one-off Credit Report at TransUnion’s office counter or any credit report subscription made via TransUnion Mobile App.
5. One additional month of service will be automatically deposited to your TransUnion registered online account within 14 working days after successful payment and subscription. Eligible Customers could login to your online account to check your service expiration date. During the Offer Period, in any case, an Eligible Customer attempts to unsubscribe, refund or upgrade to any paid subscription from TransUnion Mobile App, TransUnion will not provide the one additional month of service to your registered account and reserves the right to charge back at the original price of the monthly subscription.
6. The Promotion Code is only applicable to first consecutive 2 months of subscription of “Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” (Monthly Subscription). Eligible Customers have to pay HK$260 in the first month to enjoy the second service month for free. The monthly subscription will be automatically renewed and charged at HK$280/month to the Eligible Customer’s registered credit card thereafter. You may terminate your subscription before your next payment date via TransUnion online account anytime.
7. Promotion Code has limited quotas and will be available on a first-come first-served basis, while stock lasts. Each account can only use the Promotion Code once.
8. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other TransUnion promotion offers. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-salable and non-returnable.
9. The Offer rewarded may be terminated without prior notice in case of breach by the Eligible Customer of any of the terms and conditions herein.
10. In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for The Offer. 
11. TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
12. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
