“Flash Offer for Existing Customers”

Terms and Conditions

1.  "Flash Offer for Existing Customers” (“the Offer”) is only available to existing TransUnion Limited (“TransUnion”) customers who are subscribing to the designated services below (“Eligible Customers”)：
   - TransUnion Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service  OR 
   - Credit Monitoring Service OR
   - ID Protection Service
   
   The Offer is not available to subscribers of 360 Protection Service or any other free service(s) provided by TransUnion. The Offer is also not available to subscribers who have subscribed to both Credit Monitoring Service and ID Protection Service while the remaining subscription period of both services is more than one month.
   
   
2. Each Eligible Customer must successfully subscribe to one of the following selected services (“Selected Services”) to enjoy the Offer during the Promotion Period. Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Offer once:
   - Credit Monitoring Service (either 6 months or 12 months plan) OR
   - ID Protection Service OR
   - 360 Protection Service
   
   The Offer is not applicable to subscription to or auto-renewal of TransUnion Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service. Subscription of the same service or the service that contains the same content as the existing service can only be done one month prior to the expiry date of the existing service. If the expiry date of the existing service is more than one month, Eligible Customers can only subscribe to service with different content to enjoy the Offer.
   
   
3. Promotion Period: The Offer is valid from 15 March to 31 March, 2024 23:59 (Hong Kong Time).
   
   
4. The Offer is only available on TransUnion Mobile App. Eligible Customers must complete the subscription process and settle the payment successfully via TransUnion Mobile App before the existing subscription is expired to enjoy the Offer. Customers will not be eligible for the Offer once the existing subscription is expired.
   
   
5. HK$100 foodpanda voucher will be sent to the email address of the TransUnion Online Account of those Eligible Customers who receive the Offer successfully within 14 working days after the Promotion Period has ended. Eligible Customers must comply with all the requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions which provided by Delivery Hero Food Hong Kong Limited (“foodpanda”). The terms and conditions are provided by a third party (i.e. foodpanda), and may be subject to changes from time to time without notifying TransUnion and the consumer. If an Eligible Customer breaches any of the terms and conditions, the Offer may be cancelled without prior notice.
   
   
6. The Offer is provided by a third party (i.e. foodpanda) and TransUnion is not liable to the quality or services of the Offer.
   
   
7. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or cancelled, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-resalable and non-returnable.
   
   
8. The Offer is available on a first-come first served basis. While stock lasts.
   
   
9. The Offer rewarded may be terminated without prior notice in case of breach by an Eligible Customer of any of the terms and conditions herein.
   
   
10. In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for the Offer.
    
    
11. TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
    
    
12. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
