Mega Football Event Free Live-Watch Campaign

1. The “Mega Football Event Free Live-Watch Campaign” (the Campaign) is organised by TransUnion Limited (“TransUnion”) and is only applicable to TransUnion Online Account users, and who are not currently subscribed to any paid subscription offered by TransUnion, including Credit Monitoring services, Credit Report, Score and Alerts services, or All-in-One Monitoring services (except Dark Web Monitoring services), or the paid service period is less than 30 days..
2. The promotional period of the Campaign (the “Promotion Period”) runs from 7 May 2026 to 27 May 2026 at 23:59 (Hong Kong time).
3. Participants must first become a TUniverse Player and, during the Promotion Period, successfully pay and subscribe to at least one of the selected services through the TransUnion Mobile App in order to qualify for participation in the Campaign (“Eligible Players”).
   • The designated services include:
   • Subscription to “All-in-One Monitoring (12 months)” at HK$1,388; or
   • Subscription to “Credit Monitoring (12 months)” at HK$888; or
     (For existing customers whose paid subscription will expire within 30 days only) Subscription to “All-in-One Monitoring (12 months)” at the renewal offer rate.
4. Eligible Players may start participating in the Campaign immediately after completing the subscription.
5. The Campaign is played in the form of a penalty shootout. Each game lasts 30 seconds, and one point is awarded for each goal scored. Eligible Players may participate in the Campaign an unlimited number of times during the Promotion Period. Scores are calculated on a per-game basis, and results are determined by the highest-scoring single game in each round. In the event that more than one Eligible Player achieves the same score, ranking will be determined by the time at which the score was achieved, on a first-come-first-served basis. Each Eligible Player’s score will be reset at the start of each round.
6. The Campaign consists of three rounds (Hong Kong time):
   • Round 1: 7 May 2026, 00:00 – 13 May 2026, 23:59
   • Round 2: 14 May 2026, 00:00 – 20 May 2026, 23:59
   • Round 3: 21 May 2026, 00:00 – 27 May 2026, 23:59
     In each round, the 10 Eligible Players with the highest single-game scores will each receive one Now TV 2026 Mega Football Event Pass (value: HK$980) (the “Prize”). Each round offers 10 Prizes, with a total of 30 Prizes across three rounds. If fewer than 10 winners are awarded in a round, the remaining Prizes will be carried forward to the third round and awarded to the Eligible Players with the next highest scores in sequence.
7. Each Eligible Player can win a maximum of ONE Prize only. If an Eligible Player has already won a Prize in an earlier round, they may continue to participate in subsequent rounds but will not be eligible for ranking or for receiving any additional Prizes.
8. The Prize will be sent by email on or before 10 June 2026 to the registered email address of the Eligible Player’s TransUnion Online Account. Eligible Players must redeem the relevant service in accordance with Now TV’s instructions and must comply with the applicable terms and conditions of the service. The Now TV Pass and the Now TV service, respectively, are subject to additional terms and conditions. 9. The Prize is provided by a third party (i.e. Now TV). TransUnion is not liable to the participation process, the content and quality or services of the Prize. If a winner is unable to redeem or use the service due to failure to follow instructions or breach of any terms and conditions provided by the service provider, TransUnion shall not be liable and no claims in any form will be accepted.
10. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be cancelled, transferred, returned, or refunded.
11. If an Eligible Player breaches any of the terms and conditions, the Prize awarded may be forfeited without prior notice.
12. In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for The Campaign.
13. TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
14. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions is for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
