HKFTW 2023 Giveaway Campaign

Terms and Conditions

1. Participants shall sign-up via the online form provided by TransUnion at HKFTW and agree to subscribe for TransUnion’s news & updates by ticking the box on the form to give consent.
   
   
2. Participants must complete the sign-up form and submit successfully on or before 3 November, 2023. Late submission will not be counted.
   
   
3. Redemption details for special gift will be delivered to the email address provided by the participants during the sign-up process via online form. TransUnion will not be liable for any loss resulted from incorrect data input or email transmission errors.
   
   
4. All information provided by participants must be true and correct, and not illegally obtained or stolen from a third party. Participants submitting false or misleading information will be disqualified at the sole discretion of TransUnion.
   
   
5. The special gift cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-salable and non-returnable.
   
   
6. Participants will be disqualified without prior notice or obligation in case of breach of any of terms herein.
   
   
7. In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible to participate in The Campaign.
   
   
8. TransUnion reserves the rights to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
