Terms and Conditions of the TUniverse 1st Anniversary Coins Giveaway Campaign (the Campaign):
- Participants must be Players of TUniverse.
- The Campaign runs from July 2 to July 16, 2025 (the Campaign Period).
- During the Campaign Period, TransUnion Limited (TransUnion) will periodically send out Promo Codes to Players via push notifications. Players can redeem these Promo Codes in TUniverse to receive Coins.
- A total of 8 different Promo Codes will be issued during the Campaign. Each Promo Code offers a different quantity of Coins, with limited quotas and usage timeframes. Promo Codes are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Any unused quota will be automatically voided after the Promo Code’s expiration. Details of each Promo Code, including the number of Coins, quota, and validity period, will be provided in the respective push notification.
- Promo Codes will only be sent via push notifications through the TransUnion Mobile App (the App). Players must enable push notifications to receive the Promo Codes. The App does not store notification history, so Players must record the Promo Code upon receipt and enter it in TUniverse to redeem. TransUnion is not responsible for any issues related to app settings, forgotten or lost Promo Codes, or any technical, system, or network issues that prevent participation.
- No replacement of Promo Codes or compensation will be provided.
- In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible to participant in the Campaign.
- TransUnion reserves the right to modify the Campaign content and these terms and conditions at any time, including changes to the gameplay or termination of the Campaign, without prior notice. TransUnion is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from such changes.
- In case of any dispute, TransUnion reserves the right of final decision.
- The Chinese version of these terms and conditions is for reference only. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
