“ID Protection Offer”(“the Offer”) is only available to eligible customers. Eligible Customers are those who currently are not using or subscribed to “ID Protection Package” or “360 Protection Package” from TransUnion Mobile App.
The offer period is from 15 April 2024 to 28 June 2024, until 23:59 (Hong Kong Time), both days inclusive.
The Offer is only valid for designated subscription plan available on TransUnion Mobile App. Eligible Customers either subscribe to “ID Protection Package” or “360 Protection Package” via TransUnion Mobile App successfully can get one HK$50 coffee e-voucher for free. Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy 1 of the offer options once during the offer period.
The Offer cannot be applied to any purchase of one-off Credit Report at TransUnion’s office counter, any credit report subscription made via TransUnion web portal or any free redemption services.
HK$50 coffee e-voucher will be sent to the registered email address of the TransUnion Online Account of those Eligible Customers who completed the payment successfully within 14 working days. Eligible customers must ensure that the email address status of "opting in" to receive TransUnion e-Newsletters. If you fail to receive the e-voucher due to an error in the application or unsubscribing from TransUnion e-Newsletter, no replacement will be issued.
Eligible Customers must comply with all the requirements listed on the coffee e-voucher . The terms and conditions are provided by a third party (Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Limited (“Coffee Concepts”)), and may be subject to changes from time to time without notifying TransUnion and the customer. If Eligible Customer breaches any of the terms and conditions, the Offer may be cancelled without prior notice.
The Offer is provided by a third party (i.e. Coffee Concepts) and TransUnion is not liable to the procedures, content and service quality or services of the Offer.
The Offer has limited quotas and will be available on a first-come first served basis, while stock lasts. (Quota: 3000)
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other TransUnion promotion offers. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-salable and non-returnable. The e-voucher will not be re-issued after the expiry date.
The Offer rewarded may be terminated without prior notice in case of breach by an Eligible Customer of any of the terms and conditions herein.
In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for the Offer.
TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
