1. “Offer At Your Choice” (the “Offer”) is only available to Eligible Customers. Eligible Customers are those who currently are not using or subscribed to any TransUnion’s active paid services, including “Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” (Monthly Subscription) from web portal or any paid package plan from TransUnion mobile app.
2. The offer period is from 13 March 2024 to 14 April 2024, until 23:59 (HKT), both days inclusive.
3. The Offer is valid for designated subscription plan via TransUnion web portal, or Credit Monitoring Service Packages via TransUnionHK mobile app. To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Customers either subscribe to “Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” (Monthly Subscription) from web portal (apply with promotion code) or purchase “Credit Monitoring” 6 months plan/“Credit Monitoring” 12 months plan via TransUnion mobile app. Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy 1 of the 3 offer options once during the offer period.
4. The promotion code is valid for the purchase of “Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” (Monthly Subscription) via TransUnion web portal (https://www.transunion.hk/buy-credit-report or https://www.transunion.hk/login) only. The Offer cannot be applied to any purchase of one-off Credit Report at TransUnion’s office counter or any credit report subscription made via TransUnion mobile app.
5. 30% off discount is only applicable to the first month of subscription of “Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” (Monthly Subscription). Monthly subscription will be renewed and charged at HK$280 automatically from the user registered credit card thereafter. You may terminate your subscription before your next payment date via TransUnion online account anytime.
6. Promotion code has limited quotas and will be available on a first-come first served basis, while stock lasts. Each account can only use the code once.
7. Offer Option 2 & 3 can only apply to TransUnion mobile app purchase. Extra 1 month free service of Credit Monitoring will be automatically applied once Eligible Customers purchase “Credit Monitoring” 6 months plan/“Credit Monitoring” 12 months plan and complete the payment successfully.
8. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other TransUnion promotion offers. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-salable and non-returnable.
9. The Offer rewarded may be terminated without prior notice in case of breach by the Eligible Customer of any of the terms and conditions herein.
10. In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for The Offer. 
11. TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
12. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
