- The Offer is only available to customers who are not currently subscribed to any TransUnion services, including “Credit Monitoring Service”, “Credit Report, Score & Alerts Service” or “All-in-One Monitoring” (except “Dark Web Monitoring”).
- The offer period is from 14 Oct 2026 to 6 Oct 2026, until 23:59 (HKT), both days inclusive.
- Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Offer once during the Offer Period.
- The Offer is only applicable for the purchase of “Credit Monitoring” 3 months for HK$588 plan via TransUnion web portal (https://personalsolution.transunion.hk/ocrsps/login). The Offer does not apply to purchase at TransUnion’s office counter or via TransUnion Mobile App.
- The offer is only applicable to the first 3 months of subscription of “Credit Monitoring” services on web portal. Subscription will be renewed for the selected subscription plan on a recurring basis at the applicable billing frequency. You may terminate your subscription before your next payment date via TransUnion online account anytime.
- The Offer has limited quotas and will be available on a first-come first served basis, while stock lasts. Each account can only enjoy the promotion once.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other TransUnion promotion offers. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-resalable and non-returnable.
