- The TransUnion “All-in-One Monitoring” Limited Time Offer (“the Offer”) is only available to customers who are not currently subscribed to any TransUnion services, including “Credit Monitoring Service”, “Credit Report, Score & Alerts Service”, “Dark Web Monitoring”, or “All-in-One Monitoring” (“Eligible Customers”).
- The Offer is valid from 4 September 2025 to 22 September 2025 at 11:59 PM (HKT), both dates inclusive.
- Eligible Customers must apply the promo code “ALLSAFE25” via the TransUnion Mobile App and complete payment before the end of the promotion period to enjoy the Offer.
- Each customer may use the promo code only once. Quotas apply and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts.
- The extra 500 TUniverse Coins (“the Coins”) will be sent to the registered email of the Eligible Customer’s TransUnion account in the form of a redemption code within 14 working days after successful subscription. Customers must redeem the Coins before the specified expiry date; otherwise, the Coins will be forfeited without prior notice and will not be reissued.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other TransUnion promotional offers.
- The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-resalable, and non-returnable.
- In case of breach of the Terms and Conditions, the Offer claimed will be forfeited without any prior notice.
- In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for the Offer.
- TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
- The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
