*Selected Eligible Customers are the customers who successfully subscribed to Basic Credit Alerts service on or after 1 April 2022, and have not subscribed to Free Credit Report provided under Credit Data Smart in the past 30 days, and do not have a paid subscription of TransUnion services currently.

1. " Limited Time Offer for Basic Credit Alert Users” (“the Offer”) is only available to customers who successfully subscribed to Basic Credit Alerts service on or after 1 April 2022, and have not subscribed to Free Credit Report provided under Credit Data Smart in the past 30 days, and do not have a paid subscription of TransUnion services currently (“ Selected Eligible Customers”).
   
   
2. Promotion Period: The Offer is valid until 31 August, 2025 23:59 (Hong Kong Time).
   
   
3. The Offer is only available on TransUnion Mobile App. Selected Eligible Customers must complete the subscription process and settle the payment successfully via TransUnion Mobile App before the Promotion Period is ended.
   
   
4. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
   
   
5. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or cancelled, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-resalable and non-returnable.
   
   
6. The Offer rewarded may be terminated without prior notice in case of breach by a Selected Eligible Customer of any of the terms and conditions herein.
   
   
7. TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
   
   
8. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
