"Renewal Offer" for selected existing customers

Terms and Conditions

1. "Renewal Offer” (“The Offer”) is only available to selected existing paid  customers (“Selected Customers”), who are subscribing to “TransUnion Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” or “Credit Monitoring” service which provided by TransUnion Limited("TransUnion”) with the subscription expiring in a month.
   
   
2. The Offer for Selected Customers includes:
   - Subscribe to “360 Protection” for 12 months at HK$1088 (original price at HK$1388); OR
   - Subscribe to “Credit Monitoring” service for 6 months and get 3 months service for free
   [Selected Customers may also subscribe to Credit Monitoring (12 Months) at HK$888]
   
   
3. The Offer is valid until 30 November, 2024 23:59 (Hong Kong Time). Each Selected Customer can only enjoy either one of the above options once.
   
   
4. The Offer is only available on TransUnion Mobile App. The Offer is only valid for Selected Customers who renew their subscription to “360 Protection” or “Credit Monitoring (12 Months)” with successful payment made on or before the expiry date of their existing subscription. The Offer is not available once the current subscription is expired.
   
   
5. After successfully subscribed to “360 Protection” or “Credit Monitoring (12 Months)”, the existing subscription will be terminated immediately. One additional month of the same service you newly subscribed will be provided free-of-charge as to cover the remaining service, if any, of the terminated subscription. The additional one-month service does not include the “Identity Insurance” (if applicable).
   
   
6. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or cancelled, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-resalable and non-returnable.
   
   
7. The Offer rewarded may be terminated without prior notice in case of breach by the Selected Customer of any of the terms and conditions herein.
   
   
8. In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for The Offer.
   
   
9. TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
