- Subscribe to “All-in-One Monitoring Service” for 12 months at HK$1188 (original price at HK$1488); OR
- Subscribe to “Credit Monitoring” service with 8 types of Credit Alerts (i.e. Credit Alert Plus) for 12 months and get 3 months service for free
- For existing customers who are subscribing to “All-in-One Monitoring Service” and the subscription will be expired in a month can enjoy:

"Renewal Offer" Terms and Conditions
- "Renewal Offer” (“The Offer”) is only available to selected existing customers (“Selected Customers”), who are subscribing to “TransUnion Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” or subscribing to “Credit Monitoring Service”, “Dark Web Monitoring Service” or “All-in-One Monitoring Service” which provided by TransUnion and the subscription will be expired in a month.
- The Offer for Selected Customers includes:
- Subscribe to “All-in-One Monitoring Service” for 12 months at HK$1188 (original price at HK$1488); OR
- Subscribe to Credit Monitoring Service with all 8 types of Credit Alerts (i.e. Credit Alert Plus) for 12 months and get 3 months service for free (Not available to existing customers who are subscribing to “All-in-One Monitoring Service”)
- The Promotion Period is from now until 31 December, 2026 23:59 (Hong Kong Time). Each Selected Customer can only enjoy either one of the above options once.
- During the Promotion Period, Selected Customer can also purchase Credit Monitoring Service with 4 types of Credit Alerts. However, no upgrade to 8 types of Credit Alerts (i.e. Credit Alert Plus) will be avaliable after purchase.
- The Offer is only available on TransUnion Mobile App. The Offer is only valid for Selected Customers who renew their subscription with the Offer and complete the payment successfully on or before the expiry date of their existing subscription or the end of the Promotion Period (whichever earlier). The Offer is not available once the current subscription is expired.
- After successfully subscribed to the service, the existing subscription will be terminated immediately. One additional month of the newly subscribed service will be provided free-of-charge and activated automatically after the new subscription is ended.
- The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or cancelled, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-resalable and non-returnable.
- The Offer rewarded may be terminated without prior notice in case of breach by the Selected Customer of any of the terms and conditions herein.
- In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for The Offer.
- TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
- The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
