“Credit Monitoring Starter Offer”

Terms and Conditions

1. "Credit Monitoring Starter Offer” (“the Offer”) is only available to customers who obtained the Free Credit Report (Once per year) offered by TransUnion under Credit Data Smart (CDS) within 30 days and are not subscribing to any paid subscription (“Eligible Customers”).
   
   
2. Promotion Period: The Offer is valid until 30 June, 2025 23:59 (Hong Kong Time).
   
   
3. The Offer is only available on TransUnion Mobile App. Eligible Customers must complete the subscription process and settle the payment successfully via TransUnion Mobile App within 30 days starting from the date they obtained the Free Credit Report (Once per year) offered by TransUnion under CDS or before the Promotion Period is ended (whichever date is earlier).
   
   
4. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
   
   
5. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or cancelled, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-resalable and non-returnable.
   
   
6. The Offer rewarded may be terminated without prior notice in case of breach by an Eligible Customer of any of the terms and conditions herein.
   
   
7. TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
   
   
8. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
