2. The Offer period runs from 5 October 2025 to 31 January 2026 at 11:59 PM (Hong Kong Time), inclusive of both start and end dates.
3. Selected Customers must complete all the steps before their current subscription ends or before the Offer period ends (whichever is earlier), including register via the link in the promotion email, and successfully purchase one of the two renewal offers via the TransUnion mobile app, to be eligible for the Offer.
4. The Offer details:

5. Each Selected Customer is eligible for the Offer once only. The extra TUniverse Coins will be sent to registered email address of the Selected Customers in the form of a promo code within one month after successful registration and renewal. Selected Customers must redeem the Coins before the specified expiry date; otherwise, the Coins will be forfeited without prior notice and will not be reissued.
6. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other TransUnion promotional offers.
7. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-resalable, and non-returnable.
8. In case of breach of the Terms and Conditions, The Offer claimed will be forfeited without any prior notice.
9. In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for The Offer.
10. TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
11. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
