Eligible Customers must be a valid TransUnion online account user to enjoy the offer.
- New member: must complete the online registration and authentication via https://www.transunion.hk/buy-credit-report as instructed.
- Existing member: must login to your online account via https://www.transunion.hk/login and complete the authentication process (if any) as instructed.
- Login to your TransUnion online account via web portal, click "SUBSCRIBE NOW" button from dashboard page.
- At purchase page, enter the promotion code “PROTUSUMMER” in the code redemption box, then click "Apply".
- Review your order summary to make sure the promotion code is applied. Make sure your account information is correct and proceed to payment to complete your order.

- The Offer is only available to eligible customers (“Eligible Customers”) who are not currently using or having paid subscription to TransUnion’s Credit Report or Credit Monitoring services, including “Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” (Monthly Subscription) from web portal and “Credit Monitoring Packages (All service period plans)” and “All-in-One Package” from TransUnion Mobile App.
- The offer period is from 8 August 2025 to 31 August 2025, until 23:59 (HKT), both days inclusive.
- Eligible Customers must enter the Promotion Code by themselves to enjoy the Offer. Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Offer once during the Offer Period.
- The Offer is only applicable for the purchase of “Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” (Monthly Subscription) via TransUnion web portal (https://www.transunion.hk/buy-credit-report or https://www.transunion.hk/login). The Offer cannot be applied to any purchase of one-off Credit Report at TransUnion’s office counter or any credit report subscription made via TransUnion Mobile App.
- Discounted price is only applicable to the first month of subscription of “Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service” (Monthly Subscription). Monthly subscription will be renewed and charged at HK$280/month automatically from the user registered credit card thereafter. You may terminate your subscription before your next payment date via TransUnion online account anytime.
- Promotion Code has limited quotas and will be available on a first-come first served basis, while stock lasts. Each account can only use the Promotion Code once.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other TransUnion promotion offers. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-salable and non-returnable.
- The Offer rewarded may be terminated without prior notice in case of breach by the Eligible Customer of any of the terms and conditions herein.
