“TransUnion 40th Anniversary” Campaign (the “Campaign”) Terms & Conditions

 

Campaign offers (the “Offers”):

  1. Participants who are aged 40 in 2021 and must be born in 1981, can enjoy a one-month FREE subscription of TransUnion Online Credit Report Services.
  2. Participants’ HKID number containing a consecutive number set of ‘40’, including the digit in bracket, can enjoy a 40% off discount on one-month subscription fee for TransUnion Online Credit Report Services.

 

Campaign Period:

22 November 2021 00:01 (GMT +8) – 21 December 2021 23:59 (GMT +8), both days inclusive.

 

How to participate:

  1. Participants must be a valid TransUnion Limited (“TransUnion”) online credit report services account user to enjoy the Offers.
  2. System will automatically detect the Offer eligibility after successful online registration/authentication or login, and participants shall select the appropriate Offer that they wish to redeem.
    • Eligible new member shall find the eligible Offer at payment page.
    • Eligible existing member shall find the eligible Offer at account profile page.
  3. No redemption or discount code will be distributed to participants for the Campaign.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Participants must be aged 18 or above to access any products through the TransUnion site, or become a subscriber of any subscription program and be entitled to subscription benefits.
  2. Participants who are aged 40 in 2021 and born in 1981, i.e. the Year of Birth shown on the Hong Kong Identity Card (“HKID”) is “1981”, can enjoy a one-month FREE subscription of TransUnion Online Credit Report Services, equivalent to a value of HK$280.
  3. Participants whose HKID number contains a consecutive number set of ‘40’, including the digit in bracket, can enjoy a 40% off discount on one-month subscription fee for the TransUnion Online Credit Report Services, i.e. a discounted subscription fee at HK$168 for one month.
  4. The Offers are valid for Online Credit Report Services The Offers cannot be applied to any purchase of Credit Report Service from TransUnion’s office counter.
  5. The Offers can only be redeemed during the Campaign period: 22 November 2021 00:01 (GMT +8) – 21 December 2021 23:59 (GMT +8), both days inclusive.
  6. Each participant can only enjoy one of the Offers, and enjoy the appropriate Offer ONCE during the Campaign period. If a participant is eligible for both Offers, the participant shall select the Offer that the participant wishes to redeem. A participant who is found with multiple submissions will be disqualified.
  7. Each participant must complete the Offer redemption process during the Campaign period. Late submission will not be counted.
  8. Participants who are currently subscribing to the TransUnion’s monthly Online Credit Report Services can also enjoy the Offers. The Offers will be applied to their next month recurrent subscription (i.e. by extending the expiry date for 1 month either for free or at 40% off subscription discount, depending on the appropriate Offer redeemed). Participants must complete the redemption process, including subscription payment (if any), during the Campaign period, otherwise the Offers will be forfeited.
  9. Any unclaimed Offers beyond the Campaign period will be forfeited.
  10. All information provided by participants must be true and correct, and not illegally obtained or stolen from a third party. Participants submitting false or misleading information will be disqualified at the sole discretion of TransUnion.
  11. The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-salable and non-returnable.
  12. Participants will be disqualified without prior notice or obligation in case of breach of any of terms herein.
  13. TransUnion reserves the rights to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
  14. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
