Player Name
Input your Player Name to start the game, which you can change at your call afterwards.
Player Avatar
Player can setup his/her own avatar, including gender, facial expression, accessories, clothes and hair.
Other than gender, other items for avatar can be changed afterwards
If Player does not setup his/her own avatar, the system will arrange a pre-set avatar for him/her
Coins
Player can earn Coins from different activities in the game. Coins can be used in Rewards Store to exchange for rewards. For more details, please refer to “How to earn Coins” and “How to use Coins”.
Coins collected will be expired, unless specified:
Coins collected between 1st January to 30th September, will be expired by 31st December of the same year
Coins collected between 1st October to 31st December, will be expired by 31st March of next year
Coins that are not used by the expiry date will be forfeited without prior notification and will not be reissued.
Creditworthiness Power (CP)
CP will be added to or reduced from Player through participation in Scenarios. For details, please refer to “Scenarios”.
There are 10 CP Levels (Level), from 1 to 10, Level 1 is the lowest while Level 10 is the highest:
Level 1: 0 CP – 100 CP
Level 2: 101 CP – 250 CP
Level 3: 251 CP – 450 CP
Level 4: 451 CP – 750 CP
Level 5: 751 CP – 1200 CP
Level 6: 1201 CP – 1800 CP
Level 7: 1801 CP – 2600 CP
Level 8: 2601 CP – 3800 CP
Level 9: 3801 CP – 5400 CP
Level 10: 5401 CP – 7500 CP
Lowest is 0 CP. If the reduction of CP is more than Player has, CP will be set as 0 CP.
Highest is 7500. If Player’s CP is over 7500 after CP addition, the exceeding CP will be forfeited immediately.
Mission
Player will be assigned with Missions from time to time.
Each Mission has its own requirements, expiry date and reward. Player must complete all the requirements of the Mission and press “Collect” to collect the reward. The reward will be forfeited if Player completes the Mission or click “Collect” after the Mission is expired and will not be reissued.
Quiz
The questions in Quiz will be updated every week, together with specified reward.
Player will be rewarded for correct answers.
No supplementary answers will be accepted. When questions are updated, questions that are not answered will be forfeited.
Scenario
There are two types of scenario questions, (1) multiple choice question and (2) assigned scenario:
Multiple choice question: Player can select his/her own answer. CP will be added or deducted according to the suitability of selected answer.
Assigned scenario: CP will be added or deducted according to the scenario drawn. No selection needs to be made by Player.
Scenario question will be assigned once per week. If Player has not participated in Scenario before the update, the unanswered or drawn scenario question will be forfeited.
Promo Code
Player can input TUniverse’s Promo Code to redeem rewards accordingly.
Player should redeem the Promo Code before it expires or the rewards will be forfeited. For details, please refer to the terms and conditions of the respective campaign.
My Journal
Player can check their major activities in TUniverse via “My Journal”, including Coins and CPs that the Player earned or got deducted, redemption history, etc.
Rewards
Player can select and redeem his/her selected rewards from “Rewards Store” by using the required quantity of Coins.
Each reward item has a limit. First-come first-served. While stocks last.
Player can check his/her redeemed rewards from “My Rewards”.
Player must confirm and accept the “Terms and Conditions of TUinverse” and agree to comply with the Game Instructions & Rules.
After participating in TUniverse, Player can setup his/her own Avatar and provide the name for the Avatar. Player then can start participating in Missions, Quiz, Scenario, etc. to gain Creditworthiness Power (CP) and Coins for Rewards redemption.
How to gain Creditworthiness Level:
Through participation in Scenario, Player will gain or lose CP and will affect their Creditworthiness Level. For details, please refer to Scenario and Creditworthiness Power.
How to earn Coins:
Player must confirm and accept the “Terms and Conditions of TUniverse” before start earning Coins and gain CP.
Player participates in Quiz and provide correct answers can earn the Coins given. (For details, please refer to Quiz)
Player can earn Coins after completing Missions. (For details, please refer to Missions)
Player can earn Coins when he/she first reaches a Creditworthiness Level (Level) (except Level 1). Each player can only earn Coins once for each Level. No Coins will be given if Player goes back to a lower Level or return to a Level reached previously.
10 Coins for Level 1 goes up to Level 2
20 Coins for Level 2 goes up to Level 3
30 Coins for Level 3 goes up to Level 4
40 Coins for Level 4 goes up to Level 5
50 Coins for Level 5 goes up to Level 6
60 Coins for Level 6 goes up to Level 7
70 Coins for Level 7 goes up to Level 8
80 Coins for Level 8 goes up to Level 9
100 Coins for Level 9 goes up to Level 10
First Time Player Reward: Player will get 100 Coins after confirm and accept the “Terms and Conditions of TUniverse” and start participating in TUniverse.
Birthday Reward: 100 Coins will be given to Player when he/she participates in TUniverse in his/her birth-month.
Anniversary Reward: 100 Coins will be given to Player annually as anniversary reward. Player will get the Coins when he/she participates in TUniverse the first time after the anniversary day.
Weekly Login Reward: Player who participant in TUniverse at least once per week (count from Monday to Sunday) will get 10 Coins as reward.
Monthly Login Reward: Player who participated in TUniverse at least 3 times per month (each participation should be with at least 4 days interval) will get 10 Coins as reward.
Player can also redeem Coins with Promo Code. Promo Code will be provided through promotion campaigns. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the related promotion campaign for details.
How to use Coins:
Player can exchange for rewards with Coins in Rewards Store

To participate in TUniverse (The Game), participants (Players) must register for TransUnion Online Account, sign in to TransUnion Mobile App, then click on “TUniverse” and accept the Terms & Conditions of TUniverse to launch The Game.
After launching The Game the first time, it implies the Players agreed to create their Game Account (Game Account) in the TUniverse Game Platform (Game Platform). Each TransUnion Online Account user can only create one Game Account. After creating the Game Account, Player can click on the TUniverse Tile in TransUnion Mobile App to start the Game after login.
Customisable content provided by the Players (including the name of Player or any other content input by Players themselves) must be appropriate and does not contain any content which is illegal/unlawful, offensive, threatening, violent, abusive, obscene or indecent, pornographic, immoral, defamatory or libelous, false, misleading, discriminatory or instigating (whether relating to racial, sex, family status or disability). If any inappropriate content is found, TransUnion Limited (TransUnion) reserves all rights to delete/remove or reject the Players to further participate in the Game without prior notification or providing reasons at anytime. TransUnion shall not be liable to any legal responsibility and shall be entitled to claim against the Players for any loss incurred.
Players shall collect Game Coins (Coins) through participating in the Game and can redeem for Rewards from Rewards Store with Coins collected. Each Reward has limited quotas and available on a first-come first served basis. While stock lasts. No change or cancellation can be made once the Players submitted the redemption request.
Game Account, Coins and Rewards can only be used by the Player and cannot be exchanged for cash or cancelled, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-resalable and non-returnable.
After redemption of Reward, Players must comply with the Terms and Conditions of the related Reward on usage or consumption. If the Reward is provided by a third party or a partner of TransUnion (including but not limited to e-coupon / e-voucher provided by third parties), TransUnion is not liable to the participation / usage details, offer details or products/services quality.
TransUnion shall not be liable to Players for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Game. Such exclusion of liability applies whether the loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether TransUnion and/or third party Reward providers have any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
All liability, if any, on the part of TransUnion, its employee, affiliates, agents, suppliers and partner organizations as set out in these Terms and Conditions, expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the maximum liability of TransUnion to any Player shall not exceed HKD100 in aggregate in any event.
Player must ensure that his/her Game Account details (including but not limited to the username and password of TransUnion Online Account) are kept confidential and are not disclosed to any parties. Player is fully responsible for any use of his/her Game Account by any persons and TransUnion shall not be liable in the event that a third person obtains access to a Game Account to make transactions, whether with or without authority of the Player.
If Player decided not to participate in the Game any further and confirmed to delete the Game Account permanently, Player shall send their account deletion request in written to hkcontact@transunion.com by the TransUnion Online Account registered email address, Subject as “TUniverse Game Account Deleteion”. TransUnion shall contact the Player in 14 working days after receiving the request to verify the Player’s identity. After the Player’s identity is verified, TransUnion shall complete the account deletion request in 14 working days.
TransUnion shall have the right to audit a Player's Game Account at any time without prior notice to the Player to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions During the course of an audit, a Player’s Game Account may be temporarily suspended and Player may not be permitted to access his/her account nor perform any activity.
If Player violates any of these Terms and Conditions, TransUnion shall have the right to suspend or remove the Game Account of the Player, at the same time, delete the record of Coins, Creditworthiness Level and any other related records without prior notice.
In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible to redeem any Reward.
TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the Game Instructions, Game Rules, Game Content, Rewards and any other functions, including but not limited to mobile app, content of Rewards, content of the Game, these Terms and Conditions, the procedure of joining the Game and termination of the Game at any time without prior notice. Although TransUnion will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of material changes to the Game and/or to these Terms and Conditions, it is the responsibility of Players to keep themselves up to date in respect of the Game and these Terms and Conditions. TransUnion will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any modifications to the Game, including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions.
In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
