FREE foodpanda e-voucher for new subscriptions to TransUnion e-Newsletter

Terms and Conditions

1. This Limited Time Offer for e-Newsletter Subscription ("Promotional Offer") is only applicable to new subscribers who register for the e-Newsletter for the first time ("New Subscribers"); it is NOT applicable to registered TransUnion online account users (including those who have subscribed or are currently subscribing to TransUnion services such as “Credit Report, Score and Alert Service”, “Credit Monitoring Service”, “Basic Credit Alert Service”) and / or persons who have subscribed or are currently subscribing to TransUnion's e-Newsletter.
   
   
2. The Promotion Period ("Promotion Period") is valid from today until 23:59 HKT on 31 August 2023. 
   
   
3. New Subscribers are required to complete the following steps during the Promotion Period to receive the HK$10 foodpanda e-voucher:
   
   i. Successfully registered by email on TransUnion website (https://personalsolution.transunion.hk/ocrsps/eNewsSubscription?lang=en_US) to subscribe to TransUnion e-Newsletter;
   ii. After successful subscription, New Subscribers will receive a welcome email from TransUnion. Please click the "Confirmation Link^*" in the email, answer the simple question and complete the submission
   
   ^*The "Confirmation Link" is valid until 23:59 HKT on 31 August 2023. If the submission is not completed by the deadline, it will be automatically regarded as a forfeiture of the offer, and the foodpanda e-voucher will be cancelled and no replacement will be issued.
   
   
4. A HK$10 foodpanda e-voucher will be sent by email to the registered email address of New Subscribers within 14 working days after the completion of the above steps. New Subscribers must ensure that the email address provided is correct and it is remained in the status of "opting in" to receive TransUnion e-Newsletters. If you fail to receive the e-coupon due to an error in the application or unsubscribing from TransUnion e-Newsletter, no replacement will be issued. 
   
   
5. Each New Subscriber and IP address can only enjoy the Promotional Offer once. The offer is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
   
   
6. The rewarded offer will be disqualified without prior notice or TransUnion is under no obligation in case of breach of any of terms herein.
   
   
7. When using the foodpanda e-voucher, you must comply with the terms and conditions of the e-voucher. 
   
   
8. The Promotional Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-resalable and non-returnable.
   
   
9. In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for the Promotional Offers.
   
   
10. TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
