“Exclusive Offer for Selected Customers”

Terms and Conditions

1. "Exclusive Offer for Selected Customers” (“The Offer”) is only available to selected existing customers (“Selected Customers”), who are currently subscribing to “Credit Monitoring Service” expiring within one month.
   
   
2. The Offer for Selected Customers includes the following two options:
   Option 1: Subscribe 12 Months Credit Monitoring Service and Get extra 5 Months Free​
   Option 2: Subscribe 6 Months Credit Monitoring Service and Get extra 3 Months Free​
   
   
3. The Offer is valid until 14 January, 2024 23:59 (Hong Kong Time). Each Selected Customer can only enjoy either one of the above options once.
   
   
4. The Offer is only available on TransUnion Mobile App. The Offer is only valid for Selected Customers who renew their subscription to “Credit Monitoring Service: Buy 12 Months Get 5 Months FREE” OR “Credit Monitoring Service: Buy 6 Months Get 3 Months FREE” with successful payment made before the expiry date within one month of their existing subscription. Each Selected Customer can only enjoy The Offer once. Selected Customers are no longer eligible to enjoy The Offer after their current subscription has expired.
   
   
5. After successfully subscribed to “Credit Monitoring Service: Buy 12 Months Get 5 Months FREE” OR “Credit Monitoring Service: Buy 6 Months Get 3 Months FREE”, the existing subscription of “Credit Monitoring Service” will be terminated immediately. One additional month of free service will be provided as to cover the remaining service, if any, of the terminated subscription.
   
   
6. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or cancelled, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-resalable and non-returnable.
   
   
7. The Offer rewarded may be terminated without prior notice in case of breach by the Selected Customer of any of the terms and conditions herein.
   
   
8. In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for The Offer.
   
   
9. TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
