Limited Time Offer for Selected Existing Customers

Terms and Conditions

1. The Limited Time Offer for Selected Existing Customers (the “Promotional Offer”) is only available to selected existing customers (“Selected Customers”) who have a valid subscription of TransUnion Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service and are paying for the subscription on a monthly basis.
2. The Promotional Offer is valid from 00:00 of 3 January 2023 until 23:59 of 31 March 2023 (Hong Kong Time)(“Promotion Period”).​ Each Selected Customer can only enjoy the Promotion Offer once.
3. Selected Customers shall subscribe to 6 months Credit Monitoring Service via TransUnion HK Mobile App during the Promotion Period successfully to enjoy the extra 6 months Credit Monitoring Service for free.
4. After successfully subscribed to the Credit Monitoring Service, Selected Customer’s existing subscription to TransUnion Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service will be terminated immediately. ONE additional month of free service will be given to cover the remaining days, if any, of the terminated subscription. 
5. The Promotional Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-resalable and non-returnable. 
6. The rewarded offer will be disqualified without prior notice or TransUnion is under no obligation in case of breach of any of terms herein. 
7. In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for the Promotional Offers. 
8. TransUnion reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
