Redemption of the HK$300 Supermarket Cash Coupon

1. Customers MUST successfully subscribe to the Credit Monitoring Service (12 Months) and complete the payment on or before 2 January 2023 via TransUnion HK App
2. Customers shall send the required information as below to marketinghk@transunion.com by using the registered email address of their TransUnion Online Account^{^} on or before 31 January 2023:

3. TransUnion will verify the eligibility of selected customers for redemption and will send the supermarket cash coupons to the provided mailing address.

^{^}TransUnion will use the sender's email address to verify the redemption eligibility of selected customers; if the sender's email address does not match the selected customer list, and/or did not subscribe to TransUnion's Credit Monitoring Service (12 Months) at the time of redemption, the offer cannotredeemed. Eligibility will be cancelled without notice.

Limited Time Offer for Selected Customers Terms and Conditions

1. Limited time offer for selected customers (the “Promotional Offer”) includes two options.
   • Option 1: Subscribe 6 Months Credit Monitoring Service Get extra 6 Months Free​
   • Option 2: Subscribe 12 Months Credit Monitoring Service Get HK$300 supermarket cash coupon
2. The Promotion Offer is only available to selected customers who successfully purchase for the subscription via TransUnion HK App.
3. The Promotional Offer is valid from today until 23:59 of 2 January 2023 (Hong Kong Time: HKT).​ Each selected customer can only enjoy either one of the above options once.
4. If you are the existing subscriber of TransUnion Credit Report, Score and Alerts Service, your existing subscription will be terminated after you purchase the Promotional Offer successfully. ONE additional month of free service will be given to cover the remaining days from your existing subscription period.
5. To redeem HK$300 supermarket cash coupons, customers must successfully subscribe to the specific Promotional Offer and complete the payment within the promotion period (i.e. on or before 23:59 of 2 January 2023 HKT); customer also need to send the required information (i. Your name; ii. Contact number; iii. Mail address) with email subject [Coupon redemption of Limited Time Offer option 2 for Selected Customers] to marketinghk@transunion.com successfully using the registered email address of their TransUnion Online Account on or before 23:59 of 31 Janurary 2023 HKT. Customers must be an existing subscriber of the TransUnion’s Credit Monitoring service (12 months) at the time of redemption. TransUnion will verify the selected customers’ eligibility of redemption with the sender email address. For sender’s email address which does not match with the selected customer database for the Promotion Offer and/or with no valid subscription at the time of redemption, the selected customers will be disqualified without prior notice. Supermarket cash coupons will be sent to the mailing address provided by the qualified selected customers on or before 1 April 2023.
6. Customers must make sure the information provided for redemption is correct. The information provided will be used for mailing the supermarket cash coupons only and will be destroyed within 30 days after the coupons are sent out.
7. Supermarket cash coupons will be sent to eligible customers via local mail. No overseas address is accepted. After the coupons are sent, TransUnion shall not be responsible for any lost or damage.
8. The Promotional Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-resalable and non-returnable. If a customer decides to terminate the subscription before the service expires, or receives a full or partial refund,
9. The rewarded offer will be disqualified without prior notice or TransUnion is under no in case of breach of any of terms herein.
10. In the interest of fairness, the employees of TransUnion and their family members are not eligible for the Promotional Offers.
11. TransUnion reserves the rights to amend or change the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of TransUnion shall be final.
