Download and log in to the TransUnion mobile app. For new users, please complete the registration and identity verification procedures on the TransUnion mobile app. Existing users please log in to your account.

After logging in, click "TUniverse". (New users please follow the instructions to launch the game and complete the settings).

In the menu, click "Mission" and click the subscription service mission that you would like to purchase.

Select the specific plan you would like to purchase and complete the payment process. After completion, Players can collect the corresponding Coins and the bonus Red Packet Coins at the same time in "Mission" > "Completed".

Players can redeem rewards (e-vouchers) in "My Rewards" > "Rewards Store" and using corresponding number of "Coins" for reward redemption.

The "CNY Double Coins, Double Blessing Limited Time Offer" ("Offer") is only applicable to customers who are not currently subscribed to any paid subscription in TransUnion mobile app, or the service period of the paid plan is less than 30 days, or those who are not subscribing to “Credit Monitoring” and “Dark Web Monitoring” at the same time, and the customers must have registered as a "TUniverse" player before subscribing to a new service (Eligible Customers) in order to receive the bonus Coins. Existing "TUniverse" players do not need to register again.
Promotion Period: From 1 February 2026 0:01 a.m. to 28 February 2026 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong time), both the start and end dates are inclusive.
The offer is only applicable to designated “TUniverse” subscription service missions in the TransUnion mobile app. Eligible Customers who successfully subscribed to designated plans through the “TUniverse” subscription service missions during the promotion period can receive additional Red Packet bonus Coins of the same value (e.g. if the ordering mission itself can earn 1,000 Coins, Eligible Customers will receive an additional bonus Red Packet 1,000 Coins during the promotion period). Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the offer once during the promotion period.
The offer is only applicable to selected Subscription Missions or Renewal Offers, please refer to “Mission” items under your "TUniverse" account. Other Missions such as Scenarios, Quizzes, Login Missions, etc. will not receive additional Coins.
The offer is not applicable to single report purchases made directly from TransUnion offices, or any other services ordered through the TransUnion website, or any free redemption services.
Bonus Red Packet Coins can be collected with the Coins reward from Missions at the same time after completion of the Subscription Missions. If customers want to redeem rewards (e-vouchers) with "Coins", they must ensure that the email address status of "opting in" to receive TransUnion e-Newsletters. If you fail to receive the e-voucher due to an error in the application or unsubscribing from TransUnion e-Newsletter, no replacement will be issued.

The e-vouchers are provided by a third party. TransUnion will not bear any legal responsibility for the participation process, promotion content or service quality.
